This same vision defines us as an employer: creating a work environment where everyone is welcome, and anyone has the right to succeed.Job DescriptionA multidisciplinary designer with expertise in web design, image-making, brand UI, and brand identity—bringing creative solutions across a wide range of assets, including landing pages, campaigns, video storyboards, events, banners, emails, and print.Construct creative concepts and communicate them clearlyTake full ownership of projects from A to Z, overseeing brand identity, UX/UI design, and all digital assetsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather information, understand goals, and develop strategic visual communication approachesDemonstrate strong learning agility, quickly acquiring new skills and exploring unfamiliar domainsUtilize AI tools to enhance creativity, streamline processes, and develop innovative design solutionsQualifications2+ years of experience in a professional design environmentExcellent branding and visual language creation skillsProficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applicationsCurious, self-motivated, eager to learn, and an out-of-the-box conceptual thinkerAbility to dissect and understand a brand's DNA and its target audienceExperience with Motion and After Effects – a significant advantageStrong ability to create, ideate, and experiment using AI-based toolsAdditional InformationWix Marketing’s Design Studio.
