Our company is seeking a Production Quality Inspector to perform inspections of assemblies and products on the production line of an interdisciplinary system.

The role also includes, from time to time, supporting incoming inspections and conducting source inspections at supplier sites throughout Israel.

Job Description:

Perform thorough quality inspections during various assembly stages, including:

–Mechanical assemblies

–Electronic kit assemblies

–Quality checks of final assemblies

–Support incoming inspections and source inspections of parts and products received from suppliers

Document and report nonconformities in the ERP system.
Verify that products meet UVision and customer requirements through functional tests, mechanical fit checks, and visual inspections.
Physical work may occasionally be required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality inspection within complex production environments – required.
Willingness to travel (within Israel) to conduct supplier source inspections – required.
Experience working with mechanical and electronic assemblies – strong advantage.
Experience working with electrical harnesses – strong advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical and electrical) – required.
Hands-on experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) – required.
High-level proficiency in Hebrew (reading, writing, speaking) – required.
Strong technical English skills (reading and writing) to work with technical documentation – required.
Proficiency in Priority (or ERP equivalent systems) for managing quality data, nonconformities, and reports – advantage.
