Product Manager

abra is seeking an experienced and innovation-driven Product Manager for a strategic project.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage innovative and strategic processes end-to-end
Bridge business challenges with technological solutions
Identify market trends, conduct competitive research, and uncover opportunities relevant to the mortgage domain
Analyze business needs and translate them into effective and innovative product requirements
Define and design innovative solutions while leading cross-functional processes in collaboration with regulation, legal, marketing, and additional stakeholders
Measure and continuously improve processes and products based on data and KPIs

REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of experience in Product Management – mandatory
Proven experience leading cross-organizational processes and working with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management
Experience working on complex technological projects
Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, system-level thinking, and the ability to translate needs into practical solutions
High level of independence, initiative, diligence, and the ability to drive processes forward within complex organizations
Familiarity with Salesforce – an advantage
