Location: Tel Aviv
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain product documentation in US English.
Produce technical content covering installation procedures, user and admin guides, and API documentation.
Create and revise embedded UI text to support clarity and usability.
Contribute to multimedia and documentation assets, including videos, style guides, workflow methodologies, and evaluation of new tools and technologies.
Work effectively in both independent and distributed team environments
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in a writing-based occupation and completion of a technical writing course
Native-level English
Working experience within the software industry
Ability to simplify complex technical information for target audiences
Strong interest in IT software and related technology
