You will connect product innovation, commercial execution, and operational efficiency. This leader partners with Product, R&D, and Go-To-Market teams. You will drive product enablement and monitor core business metrics. The role optimizes infrastructure and AI spend across the organization

As a Director Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for:

Partnering with Product and R&D leaders to build enablement plans, content, and frameworks for go-to-market teams.
Establishing and tracking key execution metrics that reveal operational health and strategic progress across the business.
Driving cost-reduction frameworks across cloud compute infrastructure while aligning resource allocation with corporate budget limits.
Monitoring organizational AI usage, tracking consumption models, and implementing efficiency initiatives that optimize spend and ROI.
Operating the planning rhythm across quarterly objectives, executive reviews, and cross-functional initiative tracking.
Translating high-level strategy into concrete, measurable deliverables owned by accountable cross-functional teams.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have 7+ years of progressive experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, FinOps, or related leadership roles.
Have a proven track record of building alignment across deeply technical teams and commercial business units.
Have practical experience overseeing technical infrastructure budgets, including cloud compute across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Have hands-on familiarity with modern AI and LLM consumption costs and associated efficiency frameworks.
Be skilled in operational planning and project management, translating strategy into concrete and measurable deliverables.
Have a collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
