NPI Product Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the transition of products from development to production in a dynamic and innovative environment. The role involves close collaboration with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production processes. Knowledge of CAD systems (CREO) and WINDCHILL is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Manage the transition of products from the development phase to mass production.
Analyze and optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Create and update technical documentation and production guidelines.
Work with suppliers to ensure smooth integration of components and processes.
Lead engineering change processes to improve product performance and reduce costs.

Support the implementation of production testing and quality control processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
3+ years of experience in a development-to-production transition role or similar.
Experience in design and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with CAD systems (CREO) – advantage.
Knowledge of WINDCHILL PLM system – advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Technical English – high level.
