לחברת הייטק מתחום התוכנה דרושה/ה Director of Support , משרה מלאה עם היברדיות באזור גוש דן . התפקיד כולל : • Lead and manage a team of technical support engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment • Provide hands-on assistance and mentorship to team members • Ensure continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction levels • Communicate customer needs and wishes to the development team • Organize and analyze support operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness At least 5 years of experience managing global technical support teams • Extensive hands-on experience and deep technical understanding in Networking/Storage/Security areas • Technical BA/BSc degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a computer technology field • Strong customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills • High organizational and analytical capabilities • Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem resolution efficiently • Fluent in English (verbal and written) • Ability to drive team performance, ensuring high standards of technical support and customer service delivery • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
