We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Designer to drive exceptional user experiences for our products. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in UX design principles, data analysis, and user research to craft intuitive, high-quality solutions that align with our product vision and business goals.

What you will do

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling user experiences.
Conduct extensive user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Create pixel-perfect UI designs within technical constraints, adhering to UX best practices and our Design System.
Mentor and guide other designers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to raise the quality bar within the team.
Analyze data and user feedback to continuously evaluate and enhance the overall user experience.
Work independently and take ownership of projects, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and drive product impact.

What you''ve done

5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional user-centered design solutions.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional user experiences through iterative design processes and user-centered methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of design theories, principles, and concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and negotiate options at senior levels.
Proficiency with Figma.
