We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our highly skilled data team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that empower our multiple stakeholders. You will design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions, leveraging your expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using DBT.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI platforms such as Qlik or Tableau.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from our CRM and product databases.
Work with non-SQL databases as needed.
Collaborate closely with the development team, customer success managers, and directly with customers to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all BI platforms.
Perform data analysis and identify trends and patterns to provide valuable insights.
Document technical specifications, data models, and BI solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for data development.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our BI infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BI Developer.
Proven experience working with DBT for data transformation.
Strong proficiency in using BI platforms such as Qlik or Tableau.
Expertise in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Experience working with Non-SQL databases.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of professional English proficiency (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.
Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
Experience with Jenkins.
Experience with data modeling.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of data governance and data security principles.
Experience with data quality tools.
