The Platform Engineering team is at the forefront of building our modern cloud infrastructure and technology platform. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and frameworks to design highly scalable, resilient systems that power our AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of infrastructure applications and developer experience, continuously identifying and implementing improvements to accelerate R&D team velocity while maintaining high quality standards
Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to design and build scalable infrastructure components and processes that enable fast, reliable development cycles and platform extensibility
Be a key member of our Backend Engineering Guild, championing best practices, introducing cutting-edge tools and infrastructure components, and providing technical guidance through design reviews
Support and mentor team members with a collaborative mindset, helping colleagues overcome technical challenges and grow their expertise
Establish engineering excellence standards and inspire the broader team to adopt innovative approaches and proven methodologies.

Requirements:

Requirements:

5+ years of backend development - must
3+ years of experience in microservices environments handling high traffic systems
Must have experience with Kubernetes and Cloud
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
BSc or BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience from technological unit
Previous experience in platform or infrastructure teams - a plus
Previous experience in cybersecurity - a plus.
