Job Description

Specializing in PTP issues relating to use of SAP SRM

A back off office position , part of the finance local team in Israel.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

One unified purchasing process

Enhance knowledge & expertise

More efficient model – centralized

Alignment with PTP process and ensure PTP enhancements are promptly implemented;

One focal point for all stakeholders

Ensure correct use of SRM product category codes and related GL accounts

Drive for simplification and process standardization processes

Responsibilities:

Create daily Shopping Cart requests and ACR

Follow-up for the daily approvals (On-time)

Daily follow-up for the blocked invoice report and taking actions until the issue will be resolved

Assist PTP analyst and controller with KPI controls and reconciliation

Get invoices from vendors on time by regular follow-ups and confirmation from business owners for the service purchased.

Qualifications

BA Degree

Experience in a global company

 English

 SAP Knowledge

 Service oriented
