We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join a dynamic Scrum team working on complex, distributed software systems.

In this role, you will contribute to both automation development and manual testing efforts, while working in a team of highly skilled engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute both automated (Python) and manual tests to ensure product quality
Analyze test results, identify defects, and contribute to continuous quality improvements
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback
Maintain and improve test frameworks and tools to support scalable testing
Advocate for quality best practices across the development lifecycle

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in both automation development (Python / Java / similar) and manual testing
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework or Selenium
Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, DevOps)
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, with ability to design and execute detailed test cases
Experience with exploratory and regression testing
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to take ownership and drive processes forward with assertiveness and can-do attitude
Curious, strong analytical, self-motivated and eager to continuously learn and grow

Nice to have:
Experience testing complex enterprise products
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
