Employee Communications Specialist

We are looking for an experienced internal communications specialist to join the Israeli Research & Development Center Employee Communications team.

This opportunity will allow you to help build comprehensive internal communications programs and plans, from developing key messages to execution.

Responsibilities
Build strategic communications plans for key internal stakeholders.
Create communications with powerful, engaging and inspiring messaging.
Research for content to identify outside-the-box content opportunities.
Drive internal campaigns for large scale initiatives.
Manage internal communications channels.
Test and develop new internal communication channels and media.
Work closely with graphic designers to develop visually appealing content.
Measure, present and improve the effectiveness of messaging, channels and practices.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 2+ years Communications or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
Business knowledge of English and Hebrew languages.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 4+ years internal communications experience for a large organization, preferrably high-tech industry
OR equivalent experience.
