Production Engineer

As we grow in operational scale, we offer an amazing opportunity to join our engineering team as a key member responsible for Cyera’s production stability and service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain Cyera’s production channels and respond to alerts
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production processes promptly.
Learn the codebase, and apply bug fixes where appropriate
Monitor production performance metrics and implement measures to enhance overall system performance.
Become a technical expert and provide answers to questions from product stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for production processes and configurations.
Occasionally be required to provide on-call for timely response to production issues outside of regular business hours.

Requirements:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong programming and scripting skills (Typescript / NodeJS)

Advantage:

Computer science degree or equivalent
Proven experience in a QA / production engineering or related role.
Solid understanding of production systems, networking, and infrastructure.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka).
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
