Vetric is looking for Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to be a part of our founding team to build and shape our innovative solutions from the ground up.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, focused on driving the success of our rapidly growing SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of impactful solutions.
Drive both inbound and outbound product management activities, including customer discovery, market research, product launches, and stakeholder communication.
Act as a domain expert, deeply understanding the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Build and refine processes to ensure scalable, efficient, and repeatable product workflows.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to align product vision with company strategy.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and enable customer success.

Requirements:

Proven experience in technical product management, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand complex technical concepts.
Demonstrated success in a high-growth SaaS company, ideally one that scaled rapidly.
Hands-on experience in Product Management during a scaling phase, with a track record of delivering impactful products or features.
Expertise in both inbound (customer discovery, backlog management) and outbound (product marketing, GTM strategy) product management activities.
A strong domain expert in the relevant market, with a deep understanding of customer pain points and industry trends.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to build and optimize processes for efficient product delivery.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data to inform decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
