*About the Role*

A leading company specializing in coatings and adhesives for the photonics industry is looking for a Marketing and Customer Support Specialist.

*Responsibilities*

* Managing interaction with multiple customers in North America, Europe and the Far East (CRM software experience is an advantage).
* Providing technical support to engineers and scientists worldwide.
* Capability to understand customer technical requirements and to understand the properties of our materials.
* Maintain ongoing communication with our R&D team.
* Take part in Marcomm activities: Website content & promotion; Advertising; PR.
* Organize and represent the company at international trade fairs.

*Qualifications*

* Degree in: Business Admin., Chemistry; Physics; Materials Eng.; Related fields.
* Fluent English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - candidates will be tested for their English level during the recruitment process
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally few times a year
* Background and experience in international marketing and customer support of B2B technological products – an advantage.
* CRM experience – an advantage.
