*Marketing and Customer Support Specialist*Location: Weizmann Science Park, Ness-Ziona*About the Role*A leading company specializing in coatings and adhesives for the photonics industry is looking for a Marketing and Customer Support Specialist.*Responsibilities** Managing interaction with multiple customers in North America, Europe and the Far East (CRM software experience is an advantage).* Providing technical support to engineers and scientists worldwide.* Capability to understand customer technical requirements and to understand the properties of our materials.* Maintain ongoing communication with our R&D team.* Take part in Marcomm activities: Website content & promotion; Advertising; PR.* Organize and represent the company at international trade fairs.*Qualifications** Degree in: Business Admin., Chemistry; Physics; Materials Eng.; Related fields.* Fluent English.
