As an Innovation Partner Manager on the Growth Publisher Team in our Tel Aviv Office, you will create new revenue streams outside of our current news publisher focus. You will own the end to end process of identifying, negotiating, and scaling complex monetization opportunities. Your role is to build future proof supply that performs for our advertisers
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
2–3 years of experience in Ad Tech, demonstrating a strong market understanding of diverse supply sources across the open web.
Business Development experience: Proven ability to identify, qualify, and secure non traditional publisher partnerships (e.g., app, utility, unique ad formats) to generate new supply channels.
Complex Deal Ownership: Extensive experience in owning the end to end sales cycle for high value partnerships, including negotiating custom revenue share models and structuring complex, long term contracts with senior executives.
Cross Functional Execution: Demonstrated success in collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to scope, pilot, and successfully launch new technical integrations, translating strategic deals into actionable projects.
Analytical skill. Must be able to strategically model the value, risk, and path to aggressively scale an innovative partnership post-launch.
Must have a comfort level with technical concepts to discuss integration requirements and customize product offerings for publishers.
How you'll make an impact:
Drive Revenue Growth & Scale: Own the strategy for maximizing revenue and scale from a dedicated book of high-growth, innovative publishers, and hit quarterly ex-TAC targets.
Pioneer New Supply Channels: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new, untapped supply sources across the open web, establishing new revenue streams and diversifying the company's inventory.
Lead Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage executive level relationships with key partners to secure long term contracts and collaboration on new initiatives.
Influence Product Development: Serve as the voice of the publisher by providing technical and business feedback to Product teams, leading to tailored monetization solutions and successful product adoption.
Optimize Performance & Value: Leverage data expertise to continuously analyze performance metrics (e.g., RPM, PCS) and implement optimization strategies that drive profitability and user value for partners.
