Supply Chain Project Manager - Temp position (maternity leave)

**This is a maternity leave replacement, temp position for 9 months.

Position responsibility for all for supply chain operation throughout the product Life Cycle.

Collaborating with multiple operational, financial, PD and business units stakeholders in order to meet schedule, deliverables (capacity, quality, capacity and costs) targets under high exposure to executive management.

Our team develops the overall strategy for a product sourcing and product procurement options in the category. The category management group conducts continual analysis to stay ahead of trends, risk, demands or supply changes, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to continuously innovate, achieve better outcomes and add value.

Our group consists of experienced and highly motivated procurement experts coming from different backgrounds acting together to deliver an optimal outcome for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with all functions on program objectives and deliverables.
Lead the sourcing NPI Supply chain readiness
Lead long term PDC sourcing strategy execution as part of a new product supply chain targets.
Drive for Supply Chain efficiency and excellence.
Lead cross organization sourcing & supply chain project and initiatives

Skills and Experience

Relevant Proj/Prg Mgmt experience - 6 years minimum - must
BA degree - must (industrial engineer is an advantage).
Experience in leading cross- organization projects, leadership capabilities.
financial and business knowledge - advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in Hebrew and English.)
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
