Web Designer

We are TITAN, a SaaS platform designed for native Salesforce integration. Our products offer code-free, effortless Salesforce experiences and are the best digital engagement platform for any Salesforce project on the planet.

We're seeking a versatile Web Designer to join our Marketing team and shape the visitor experience and the visual identity of our brand.

Requirements:

1-2 years of proven experience in Digital Graphic Design, preferably for SaaS companies.
Passion for UX-UI and user-centered design, and graphic design principles.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, WordPress, and AI tools).
Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Design, or related field preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

Design and enhance the user interface and user experience of our next-gen website, focusing on data-driven design. We have all the data.
Collaborate with designers, PMMs, and engineers to craft user-first, intuitive website experiences.
Apply expertise in UX-UI principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for user flows, interactions, and data visualisation concepts.
Develop and maintain the visual identity of our brand through graphic design elements.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for continuous iteration and enhancement.
