Business Analytics Team Lead

Papaya is looking for a sharp and passionate Business Analyst Team Lead to join our top-notch Analytics Department.

As the Business Analyst Team Lead, you will oversee our business analysts and enhance our decision-making processes through rigorous data analysis.

This role is embedded within our Analytics department and requires a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking and cross-functional collaboration. Success in this role directly impacts our product, monetization & marketing goals!

To ensure success, you should be skilled in designing and analyzing features, writing & debugging SQL & Python scripts and passionate about optimizing business processes.

Requirements:

4+ years of direct management experience of business analysts.
8+ years of hands-on work experience analyzing large datasets in data-related roles.
Significant experience in analyzing large databases to extract meaningful insights using SQL in a B2C company.
Experience with Python Analysis. (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or an equivalent background.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the gaming industry – Big Advantage.

Responsibilities:

Lead analytical efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Collaborate with product managers & development engineers to integrate analytical findings into product development, leading to real world effect on company KPIs.
