Senior QA Engineer/QA Team Leader

Software QA Engineer Graduate degree (B.A/B.Sc) and/or other formal education in software testing. 5+ years of experience in software QA testing either mobile or web applications. Generate and execute STP and STD based on specifications, providing clear STR. Experience in testing in agile software development. Knowledge in Jira and X-Ray/Testrail or Similar Attention to detail, thorough and patient. Excellent knowledge of the English language both communication and technical level. Self-motivated and highly organized. Excellent interpersonal skills. QA Team Leader - 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing or mentoring a team of QA engineers. - Proven experience in both manual and automated testing across various types of applications (web, mobile, APIs). - Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. - Familiarity with test management tools, such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr, and defect tracking systems. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. - Knowledge of security testing practices and tools. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. - Experience with cloud-based testing environments, particularly on AWS.
