כמתאם/ת אספקות ב-אופיר אופטרוניקס , תהיה/י חלק מ מחלקת הרכש בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהל הרכש.

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

1.אחריות על אישורי הזמנות ועדכונם

2.הפקת דוחות ועדכונם

3.סיוע בנושא חשבוניות אל מול היצרנים ספקים

4.קשר ישיר עם ספקי החברה ואחריות על מעקב טובין .

5.עבודה אל מול כלל ממשקי החברה

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

1.אנגלית רמה גבוהה חובה

2.תואר ראשון

2.אינטיליגנציה גבוהה , יכולת קישור של נושאים

3.אחריות תפקידית

4.מוטיבציה וחריצות

5.יכולת עבודה של מול ממשקי החברה שירותיות

6.סדר ויכולת ניהול עצמית

מיומנויות מועדפות:

SAP, Outlook , ERP עבודה בסביבת יתרון
