We are recruiting on behalf of a global HR Tech company that develops an AI-driven employee development platform. The solution delivers personalized upskilling through 1:1 coaching, mentoring, workshops, and group learning - all with measurable impact on business KPIs. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to lead end-to-end sales processes with international organizations. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience who are eager to grow within the HR Tech and SaaS industries. - Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, demos, negotiations, and closing. - Identify business needs and present tailored solutions. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with client needs. Requirements 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech or SaaS. Excellent command of English (written and spoken) - a must. Strong sales orientation with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Advantage: background in HR or recruitment solutions. Advantage: prior experience selling SaaS products.
