Technical Program Manager – Advanced HW & ASIC Development

A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex multidisciplinary R&D programs. The role combines strong technical understanding with program leadership, driving execution across hardware, ASIC, firmware, software, validation, and system engineering teams. Responsibilities: Own integrated development plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across HW, ASIC, FPGA, FW/SW, validation, and external partners. Drive execution throughout the development lifecycle, from architecture and design through integration, qualification, and production readiness. Identify dependencies, technical risks, and critical paths, and lead mitigation activities. Drive design reviews, phase-gate processes, and execution alignment. Manage communication between engineering teams, management, and external stakeholders. Support process improvement and scalable development methodologies. B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. 5+ years of experience managing complex technical development programs. Strong technical background in HW / ASIC / FPGA / embedded systems. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary R&D teams. Understanding of ASIC development lifecycle – advantage. Experience with communication systems, RF, or advanced embedded platforms – advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
