What's the opportunity
As a product-led company, we live and breathe products. We're on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager who's ready to dream big, lead boldly, and make an incredible impact on both our product and the businesses that rely on it.
Speed is table stakes now. AI handles a lot of the execution. What we're hiring for is judgment: the product sense to know what's worth building, the taste to know when something isn't good enough yet, and the conviction to make the call. We're not looking for someone who only manages backlogs and writes specs. We're looking for someone who uses AI as a genuine force multiplier, building prototypes, compressing research cycles, and moving from idea to evidence faster than most teams move from idea to meeting.
This role also comes with something rare: the opportunity to help shape a new strategic product, one we believe has the potential to meaningfully expand what Loox is.
As a Product Manager at Loox, you will:
Decide what to build, and what not to. You'll set direction on the roadmap with conviction, backed by customer understanding and sharp product instincts.
Play a key role in defining and building a new strategic product, getting in early enough to shape its direction, positioning, and core experience.
Work with R&D, Design, Business, and Customer Experience teams to validate, launch, and iterate.
Build your own prototypes and POCs using AI tools to validate assumptions before engineering cycles begin, reducing waste and increasing the quality of what gets built.
Use AI natively throughout your workflow
Analyze user behavior, performance, and trends, going beyond dashboards to surface non-obvious insights and translate them into product decisions that move the needle.
Gather and integrate insights from customers to guide the product development process and validate key decisions.
Oversee everything from backlog management and feature prioritization to release planning and ongoing iterations, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Maintain expertise on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure Loox stays at the forefront of innovation.
What you'll need:
6+ years of experience as a PM
Experience with low-touch products: especially B2B2C or consumer products that work at scale.
Experience working in marketplaces or products that require a deep understanding of consumer behavior to drive engagement.
A track record of leading impactful, large-scale initiatives that drive significant customer engagement and business growth.
Genuine product taste: a sharp eye for what's good, a clear point of view on what should be built, and the confidence to defend it.
Hands-on experience building prototypes or POCs using AI tools. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be a builder.
Deep, practical familiarity with AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow, not as a novelty but as a core working method.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to get your hands dirty with the data directly.
A strong sense of product design and user experience, with an ability to champion UX improvements that delight customers.
Leadership and execution-oriented mindset, capable of driving organized workflows, prioritizing effectively, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, you can clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders across all levels (fluent in both English and Hebrew).

Working experience in the eCommerce field.
Entrepreneurial or indie-hacker experience, you've shipped something on your own.
Experience designing or shipping AI-native product features (not just AI wrappers).
