About this opportunity
As an HRBP Sr. Manager, you will provide full cycle Human Resource perspectives & support. This hands-on role acts as the connection between the business and HR to assess trends in areas such as engagement and retention, performance management, compensation, career, and leadership development.
The incumbent requires a proven track record of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. S/he must be able to work at a superior level with all levels in the organization, from entry level technicians, administrative staff, executives, to Vice President.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Lead and implement HR processes for the growing iTero organization across Global Operations department.
Manage complex HR Projects in a dynamic and agile environment
Initiate cross organizational talent management programs along with Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
Partner in recruiting key talents for internal clients
Diagnose individual, team and organizational issues and recommend appropriate interventions. Coach and develop all levels of management through performance feedback and effective management processes
Understand the HR risk environment, identify and mitigate potential HR risks and support managers to create a positive employee environment
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
In this role, you’ll need …
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Studies, Sociology, Psychology or Human Resources
Master’s degree in one of the areas mentioned above – an advantage
12+ years of experience as HRBP from a fast-paced global company.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence
Demonstrated strong HR practices experience, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization/coordination/administration and project-oriented capabilities
Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment
Project Management and Change Management Skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English and Hebrew
This is a senior individual contributor role (not a managerial position), requiring a hands-on approach and direct involvement in all HR activities
