We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team as a maternity leave replacement for a minimum of 6 months, with the potential for a long-term role within the company afterward.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for growth marketing, campaign execution, and marketing operations. You will lead and support demand generation efforts, manage tools like HubSpot, and work closely with the Sales and broader Marketing team to generate qualified SQLs and execute strategic marketing programs.

A day in the life:
Oversee day-to-day management of HubSpot and other marketing tools.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and report on key KPIs across marketing and sales funnels.
Manage website updates as needed
Support the planning and execution of events, including webinars, trade shows, and similar projects.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Drive operational excellence by streamlining marketing workflows and project timelines.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert leads.
Own marketing automation workflows, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing via tools like HubSpot.
Generate qualified leads and deliver strong funnel conversion through digital and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Work closely with the content and product marketing leads to bring campaigns to life.

Serve as a liaison between Marketing and Sales, supporting alignment on goals and strategy.

You bring to the table:
At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
Proficiency with HubSpot is essential; familiarity with CRM, analytics, and advertising tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Demonstrated success in driving lead acquisition and moving leads through the funnel.
Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
