FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an analytical, curious, and tech-oriented Junior FP&A Analyst to join our team in a role that combines data, financial analysis, and close collaboration with business teams and senior management.

Responsibilities:

Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, and assist in implementing financial and technological tools
Work with large datasets and generate insights
Build and manage Excel files and ongoing reports
Work with BI tools and build dashboards
Improve processes and develop automated solutions (including the use of AI tools)
Collaborate closely with finance teams and senior management
Work with Finance teams in the US

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Finance / Data Analytics
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, working with data)
Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
Technological orientation and ability to learn quickly
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
High level of English
Experience with Power BI / Power Query - Advantage
Experience working with complex datasets - Advantage
Basic familiarity with FP&A concepts - Advantage

Work environment

Hybrid and flexible work model (combination of remote work and office)

Offices located in Ra’anana, Tel Aviv, and Rishon LeZion
