We are looking for a proactive and collaborative System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical skillset combined with a team-oriented mindset, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse projects and responsibilities. This position requires a mix of hands-on expertise in system administration and a willingness to contribute to broader IT initiatives, including networking, automation, and security.

Responsibilities:
Core Systems Administration:
Active Directory/GPO/Azure Management: Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including GPOs and Azure AD integration for seamless hybrid identity management.
VMware Infrastructure: Manage VMware environments across multiple sites, including vSphere and vCenter.
Microsoft 365 Administration: Oversee the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) with a focus on availability, security, and performance.
Networking Expertise:
Configure and maintain firewalls (e.g., Fortinet) and network switches to ensure security and optimize performance.
Support network design and troubleshooting efforts, bridging the gap in team-wide network knowledge.
Storage Administration:
Manage and maintain enterprise storage systems (e.g., NetApp, Pure Storage) for high availability and data integrity.
Automation and Innovation:
Develop scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or other languages to streamline IT operations.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to save time and improve processes across the IT landscape.
Project Leadership:
Lead IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and system implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:
Required Skills:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a System Administrator or equivalent role.
Expertise in Active Directory, Azure, VMware, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies (firewalls, switches).
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional IT initiatives.
Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within the team and across departments.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP, CCNA) are an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Okta Administration: Support identity and access management with Okta for enhanced security and user experience.
Google Workspace Administration: Manage collaboration and email tools to support multi-platform environments.
VMware Horizon/VRA Management: Administer Horizon VDI environments and vRealize Automation to optimize workflows.
NAC System Administration: Implement and manage Portnox NAC solutions to enforce network security policies.
Device Management: Utilize device management tools for Windows and Mac endpoints, ensuring compliance and performance optimization.
