Full operation of the purchase order system including:
* Following the order after it arrives at the supplier.
* Status updates of the orders in the ERP system and fluent contact with suppliers
* Supplier overall management:
* Producing reports and analyses for different activities.
* Finding creative solutions for different problems regarding the orders: prices, delivery dates etc.
* Multiple work interfaces within the organization Sourcing & Scouting for new suppliers
* Wide Knowledge of bill of material/Engineering change.

Requirements:
* B.A degree
* 3 years of experience in purchasing / material planning
* Experience in ERP systems / MRP planning module.
* Procurement in a variety of different commodities.
* Experience in closing strategic contracts with suppliers an advantage.
* Experience from a global organization - an advantage.
* Oracle / NetSuite system experience - an advantage.
* Fluent English.
