Required Bookkeeper
Job description
We are:
A payment (B2B) gateway technology hub, serving as a one-stop-shop for online businesses, enabling them to accept payments from anyone, anywhere. We are connected to over 1000 financial institutions worldwide, allowing us to centralize a range of global and local payment methods, on one payment page.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for bookkeeping up to balance sheet submission for audit.
Ongoing bookkeeping tasks - bank reconciliations, journal entries, salary payments, pensions, periodic reporting to institutions, regular interaction with tax authorities, and more.
Analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
Regular interaction with tax authorities, including submission of the annual report 856, and checking tax deductions/coordination.

Requirements:
2+ years as a certified Bookkeeper, Level 2 or higher - a must!
Good English - a must!
Full proficiency in Office software.
High and fast learning ability and ability to work independently.
Ability to operate under pressure.
Advantages:
1+ years of experience as a certified Payroll Accountant
Experience in system implementation
Experience with Hashavshevet and/or Netsuite.
