We're seeking an experienced TEST Engineering team leader to manage and develop our testing team for wireless telecom and cloud-based 5G solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with ORAN wireless technology and shape the future of 5G testing. Management Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of 6-8 TEST engineers
* Create and execute yearly and quarterly work plans
* Drive professional growth of team members
* Manage lab infrastructure and budget
* Provide hands-on technical leadership Technical Responsibilities:
* Review and implement requirements and technical specifications
* Analyze system logs and debug complex issues
* Drive product improvements based on testing insights
* Design and implement innovative testing solutions
* Lead and develop a team of 6-8 TEST engineers

* Provide hands-on technical leadership Technical Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in management
* Deep understanding of 5G access technologies architecture and testing
* Expert knowledge of 3GPP standards (PHY, MAC, PDCP, RLC, RRC, S1AP, X2AP)
* Strong background in networking protocols (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, QoS)
* Experience with Python automation development
* Expertise in Linux / Unix platforms
* Experience with virtualization platforms ( VMware, KVM)
* Proficiency with TEST management tools (JIRA)
* Hands-on experience with User Equipment testing and SIM operations Advantages:
* Knowledge of OpenStack, Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with cloud-native testing
* Background in ORAN technology
* 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in management
