Outbound Product Manager We are looking for an experienced Outbound Product Manager to work with customers, MSPs and other stakeholders, internal and external, to understand what will make our product great. In this role you will take a significant part in defining the product roadmap and be responsible for executing it. Generate KPIs and strong analytics of how our users experience our solution. Form a plan to revolutionize the User Experience of a major part of the solution. Work closely with the R&D team and UX designer, deliver the requirements, and follow up on them until rollout. Master our competitors' solutions and find ways to expand our differentiation.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in product management
Experience with simplifying complex B2B systems
Passion for UX and experience with incorporating state of the art usability in every aspect of your product
Ability to deliver ideas and mock-ups fast
Ability to manage a customer conversation, understanding the needs and communicating roadmap
Experience with delivering solutions to MSPs - Advantage
Experience and/or good understanding of the different personas in Cyber security teams - Advantage
