We are seeking a Project Manager Team Leader to oversee and lead our project management team in driving the successful execution of renewable energy projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, a data-driven approach, and extensive experience in managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid technical background in renewable energy or related fields.
As the Project Manager Team Leader, you will guide a team of project managers and ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving project delivery excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of project managers to ensure successful project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Monitor project performance, KPIs, and manage timely reporting.
Resolve technical and operational issues, coordinating with internal teams and divisions.
Oversee contract reviews, milestones, and ensure compliance with project obligations.
Supervise critical delivery processes, including FAT, commissioning, SAT, and handovers.

Strategic problem solver, adaptable to change, and thrives under pressure.
Technical background; advantage for experience in renewable energy, power electronics, IT, electricity, or civil engineering.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (C1 level); excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, or electronics fields is a significant advantage.
Experienced in managing large-scale, complex projects with strong organizational and data-driven skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities in global, multicultural environments.
Strategic problem solver, adaptable to change, and thrives under pressure.
Technical background; advantage for experience in renewable energy, power electronics, IT, electricity, or civil engineering.
