Senior Software Engineer - Leadership Track

we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (with or without team leadership experience) for a unique opportunity.
our system is built in a microservices architecture that interacts with external systems (such as the blockchain and our partners systems) and meets demanding performance, resilience, and security requirements. The code is written mostly in Rust and Python and utilizes continuous delivery and automated testing methodologies.
You will be on an accelerated track to lead a team. The initial period (up to a year) will be dedicated to pure hands-on work: designing and developing complex high-performance, high-quality software, spanning across algorithms, application logic, and infrastructure. After this initial period and subject to performance, you will transition into leading a team of Backend engineers.
