Software Team Lead

we are looking for a Software Team Leader.
In this role, you'll lead a team of Backend engineers developing our core product. The initial period will be dedicated to pure hands-on work as part of the onboarding process: designing and developing complex high-performance, high-quality software, spanning across algorithms, application logic, and infrastructure. After this initial period and subject to performance, you will transition into leading a team.
Our system is built in a microservices architecture that interacts with external systems (such as the blockchain and our partners systems) and meets demanding performance, resilience, and security requirements. The code is written mostly in Rust and Python and utilizes continuous delivery and automated testing methodologies.
