The Quality Assurance and OPEX Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the companys Quality Assurance ( QA ) strategy and Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives. Reporting directly to the COO, this role is primarily focused on establishing and leading the companys QA vision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electronic-based products, and fostering continuous improvement across processes and operations. This position requires a deep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, products development and transfer to production processes, and quality management systems to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Electronics, Quality Management, or a related field
810 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on electronic-based products (hardware and software), in high-tech companies that combine products development and manufacturing
Proven experience in electronics manufacturing processes and managing supplier quality.
Leadership experience in building and managing cross-functional QA teams.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification required.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), or related OPEX methodologies is a plus.
