Responsibilities
Help and guide engineers to develop new products and oversee the successful execution of projects throughout the year while ensuring that the team meet our technical standards.
Lead software architecture and designs that provide reusable, robust, and well-documented products.
Execute software development in accordance with processes defined by the Company Control Procedures with guidance from the R&D Managers.
Understand business needs and what technical requirements are needed to achieve their objectives.
Become essential member of project and bring our User Experience to the next level.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Experience with C#, .Net Core, Python, or other programming languages.
Experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
Experience with cloud computing platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
