We are seeking an experienced VLSI Design Team Leader and Project Leader to lead our chip design efforts.
In this pivotal role, youll be managing a team of talented design engineers and be responsible for the end-to-end design flow, from architectural definition to coding, synthesis, verification, DFT, physical implementation, and hardware/software integration.

The complex SoC is a high-performance device running AI computer for vision and audio processing, with technologies from multi-disciplines.

7+ years of hands-on experience as a VLSI design engineer.
5+ years of successful team management.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
Strong SoC background and proficiency in EDA tools for design and verification.
Experienced in overseeing development of SoC designs and/or complex clusters, through micro-architecture definition, design, verification, synthesis, linting, integration and physical design.
Strong project management skills, through project planning, execution, and tracking.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, experienced in effectively managing internal and external stakeholders.
Advantages:
SV/UVM verification.
ARM multi-core CPU subsystem.
Ethernet, DDR, PCIe protocols/integration/configuration.
