As a Sales Business Partner you will play a pivotal role within our finance and sales functions, working closely with sales regional management to gain a deep understanding of the sales funnel, identify revenue opportunities, and drive strategic insights across various business finance initiatives. Leveraging your strong finance expertise, you will support financial projects, ensure data-driven decision-making, and foster a strong business finance partnership.
As an employee you will:
Lead and support all regional financial projects, including budgeting, expense control, P&L analysis, forecasting, and monitoring.
Act as a strategic partner to sales regional management, providing insights to help drive data-driven decisions across sales and finance functions.
Collaborate with managers across departments, including Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Operations, to support strategic planning and business plan development.
Work within a matrix environment, ensuring alignment and collaboration with various teams and within different finance functions.
