Required Big Data System Architect
Who youll be working with:
Our team is a highly experienced and talented group of professionals, united by strong collaboration and cohesion. As a central and indispensable focal point for the company, we specialize in providing practical solutions and well-thought-out designs to address technical problems and meet product requirements.
As an employee you will:
Participate in the design of a true Big Data platform that collects information from a variety of network technologies
Researching for new innovative technologies to improve system architecture and to introduce new Database and Storage capabilities
Analyzing requirements from product roadmap and customer projects, transforming them into detailed software design documents and effort estimations
Working closely with R&D and product management in Agile methodology, to design scalable, fail-proof and high-performance solutions
Providing detailed solution architecture and effort estimation as part of presale activities
Providing expertise and technical guidance to the R&D teams.

Requirements:
For that mission youll need:
BSc in computer science or equivalent degree
3+ years in technical leadership/architecture roles
7+ years of background in software development (Java, Relational DB)
Proven experience with on-premise system-level architecture of large-scale and complex systems
Proven knowledge and Expertise in various Data store technologies:
Relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MariaDB) or other equivalent.
S3, Redis, ElasticSearch
HDFS, Parquet, Iceberg, Hive, Presto, Trino
Proven experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka) and Cloud-Native environments (Kubernetes, Openshift/Tanzu/Rancher)
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
An endlessly curious mind with a drive for new challenges
Work experience in a global company, customer-facing
An Advantage
Experience in one of the following Data Store technologies: Greenplum, Sybase, SingleStore, Couchbase
Experience in Cyber Security
Experience in Mobile and IP Networks
