A fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing the way businesses manage their transactions. As a Senior Backend Developer in our ERP group, you'll play a critical role in integrating services with customer ERP systems. This is a high-paced, dynamic position requiring excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver on tight deadlines in a production environment.
About the Role:
As part of the ERP department, youll:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between platform and diverse customer environments.
Take end-to-end ownership of tasks, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.
Contribute to scaling our product to meet the demands of an expanding customer base.
Build new features to enhance customer experiences while adapting to ever-changing requirements.
Operate in a fast-paced environment, handling quick turnarounds and context switches.
Solve challenges with many unknowns, requiring resourcefulness and creativity.
Collaborate closely with a customer-oriented mindset to address needs effectively.

Requirements:
6+ years of backend development experience using Java or C#.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is an advantage.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, such as startups or high-pressure production settings.
Strong agile thinking and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
A team player who takes initiative and inspires others to succeed.
A self-learner with the ability to research, adopt, and implement new technologies independently.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
6+ years of backend development experience using Java or C#.
