Lead a team of BI Business Analysts (BAs).
Collaborate closely with the business to analyze processes and requirements.
Work closely with functional teams of source systems.
Partner with the development team during the implementation process.
Conduct detailed project planning, including timelines and task assignments.
Manage release processes.
Maintain thorough documentation.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven capabilities in BI project management, with a minimum of two projects as a Project Manager.
Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting new initiatives.
Excellent communication skills in English.
At least 7 years of relevant experience as a BI Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge and experience with SQL.
Extensive experience with BI data modeling and ETL processes.
Experience in dashboard design and User Experience ( UX ).
Experience with Oracle DB environment.
Experience with Azure data Factory and Azure Databricks environments.
Experience with BI Front-End tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI.
