Full Stack Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead with a strong focus on front-end technologies and significant experience in AWS services. As the Full Stack Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and driving the development of innovative, scalable, and high-quality Questar Telematics cloud solutions. Your role will encompass both hands-on coding and technical leadership, making you a key contributor to our organizations success. This role requires a deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks, strong leadership skills, and expertise in AWS cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of full-stack and mobile developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, firmware developers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards are maintained, and promote best practices in software development.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
Manage technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides.
Architect, design, and implement responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using modern frameworks such as React/Redux.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Design and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs using AWS technologies, including but not limited to EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, ElastiCache, and S3.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, providing timely resolutions and proactive improvements.
Ensure the quality, performance, and security of software applications by implementing best practices and conducting thorough testing.
