: About the Role

The Packaging Engineer supports developing, testing, and improving packaging materials and processes.
This role involves working under supervision to ensure packaging meets performance standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Could you help design and develop packaging for new and existing products?
TEST packaging materials to ensure quality and performance standards.
Prepare and maintain packaging documentation, including specifications and TEST reports.
Collaborate with R D, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams.
Work with suppliers to source and qualify packaging components.
Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for packaging issues.
Stay updated on industry advancements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/material engineering or a related field.
1+ year of packaging engineering experience, preferably in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industries.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
