Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
IT Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and protocols (HTTP/S, DNS, IPSec, DHCP, SMTP, FTP, SSH, LDAP, SSO).
Problem-Solving: Comfortable tackling dynamic and complex challenges with an abstract thinking approach.
Operating Systems: Familiarity with various OS environments (Linux, Windows, Mac).
Learning Agility: Autonomous and quick to learn new technologies and practices.
Results-Oriented: A strong execution and results-driven mindset.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in security operations within medium to large environments.
