Key Responsibilities:
Be the technical leader of 3-4 key large enterprise accounts: the clients trusted advisor with every technical, account, and customization-related question.
Resolving technical issues relating to our full-suite security architecture; handle firewall, VPN, end-point, cloud-based and scalable platform solutions.
Collaborate between the customer, development, sales engineering, and product team for key accounts and their product requirements.
Be instrumental in the software development lifecycle: testing hotfixes, examining new feature requests, building environment replications.
Provide product presentations, demonstrations and informal training; hold quarterly status meetings with senior security and networking department staff.
