Responsibilities
Operate the Laser Welding system and take care of safe operation and processes. Prepare and submit operation and welding reports for documentation and manufacturing control.
The Operator takes care of system maintenance, tools & sub- system calibration.
Develop and maintain Operating Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
Schedule and perform maintenance for cleanroom HVAC system.
Involved in R&D trials and help the designers in performing approval tests.
Participate in the development of Laser SOP through interaction with management. Advise Mfg. Engineer regarding production procedures and tools improvements.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process, and quality system.
Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.
Initiate, recommend solutions

Qualifications
Technician degree in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
A Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Laser Welding is required.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment - is an advantage.
Experience working with miniature components and very accurate assemblies.
Scientifically trained and technically competent in all areas relating to laser welding aspects.
Proficient in the use of modern management and communication tools.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
A team player
English - is an advantage
Working environment: Laser Welding Area in Cleanroom
Cleanroom Class 7
Work Station Area: Laser Welding system
