We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to create visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our website & web application. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs. You will collaborate closely with project & product managers, and developers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Marketing Product, R&D and Marketing teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product requirements, based on the overall product and UI vision.
* Be responsible for improving the interface and user experience of existing products, as well as designing new features for multiple platforms, dashboards & websites.
* Execute all visual design stages from concept to final product.
* Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas.
* Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure brand consistency and design coherence.

Requirements:
Desired Skills and Experience
* 3+ years of UI/UX Design experience with websites & systems.
* Experience in web design and in depth understanding of responsive design, including for mobile devices and native apps.
* Strong portfolio of work demonstrating your design skills and experience
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD & Lottie
* Attention to details, as well as excellent use of typography, color, and imagery.
* Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
* Understanding of UX principles.
Desired Skills and Experience
