we are seeking a Senior BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and data analysis, with a passion for transforming complex data sets into actionable insights. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining BI solutions that drive strategic decision-making and support our growing business objectives. Responsibilities:
* Optimize existing BI solutions for performance and scalability while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
* Design, develop, and implement advanced BI solutions to support business operations and decision-making processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using BI tools (Superset).
* Mentor junior BI developers and guide best practices in BI development.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence development and data analysis.
* Proficiency in SQL and Python and experience with relational DataBases and data Warehouses.
* Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar for visualization and reporting.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have:
* Experience in Superset
* Experience in Clickhouse
* Familiarity with supply chain systems (big advantage)
* Passion for open source tools
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence development and data analysis.
